Full Event Coordination
We will create a design tailored specifically to your vision and ensure it is executed to meet your expectations. We will research and build a presentation breaking down each aspect of the event so you can choose the options that best fit your needs and
budget. This includes coming up with a plan for every piece of the puzzle including the decor, food, rentals, setting up, breaking down, paying vendors, negotiating deals and researching the best prices for each and every item.
Includes: Initial Consultation, full day of coordination and set up, theme and decor design with vision board, design meeting with full event plan & itemized option selection, unlimited coordinator phone calls and text, vendor research & selection, vendor point of contact, invitation design and execution, guest list management, confirmation and coordination of all vendors prior to event, itemized pricing and ordering details for all decor, ordering materials, decor ordering/purchases and assembly, budget planning, ordering and delivery of all supplies or rentals, Coordinator Rentals, event breakdown and clean up, handle any possible issues and ensure a stress free day.
Design & Set Up
Design and Set up - We will create a design based on your vision along with a presentation for you to select the options that best fit your needs. We will also be there the day of to set up the event and make sure everything looks as you envisioned. Our rentals are also included in this package. Not included in this package are invitations, catering options, music, drinks, or any items outside of just the design.
Initial Consultation, theme decor & design with vision board, design meeting with full event plan & itemized option selection, decor vendor coordination prior to and day of, order, purchase and deliver all decor, day of set up of decor and vendor direction, breakdown of event, vendor pick up, coordinator rentals, handle any decor related issues.
