Design Creation and Management- After we have an idea of your perfect day, we will work with you in creating an eye catching design with vendor options fitting your budget. We will find all the little items to bring your vision to life.

Vendor recommendations - We work hard to find décor, florist and rental vendors that will fit your exact need and budget.

Detailed Day of Timeline - With consideration of your vendor selections.

Detailed Layout to Include Rental Items - We will draw up a map of your tables, chairs, ceremony area, and any other rentals. That way, the day of, everything will be put right where you like it.

Vendor Management and Verification - We call or email all vendors to verify time of load-in/setup/teardown/load-out, confirm orders, give directions, forward timeline and layout and share venue guidelines for vendors approximately 1 week before event.

Final Checklist - Assist with the final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything to make your special day absolutely perfect.

Last Minute Items - Assist with any last minute projects such as seating assignments, place cards, menu cards, favors, etc.

Rehearsal

On-site Rehearsal - Rehearsal Coordination and Instruction on-site with the Entire Wedding Party.

Final Check-in - Collection of Items at Rehearsal to Be Set up on the Wedding Day Such as: Candles, Guest Book, Favors, Toasting Flutes, Place Cards, Etc.

Wedding Day

Complete Wedding Day Management and Day of Execution for up to 12 Hours with Two to Three Coordinators depending on wedding size.

Vendor Coordination - We Greet Wedding Vendors and Be Their Point of Contact the Day of your Wedding. Vendors Will Receive Copies of the Wedding Day Itinerary and Layout Prior to the Event Date.

Oversee Ceremony and Reception Setup - Whether It’s your Friends and Family Or Staffers Setting up, We Will Oversee the Correct Placement of all Rental Items

Based on your Detailed Layout and Assist with the Styling of Wedding Elements - This Is Key to Having your Vision Come to Life!

Coordinate all Ceremony Activities - The Coordinator Will Line up the Wedding Party, Cue the DJ, Pin on the Boutonnieres, Hand out Corsages, Flower Baskets and Bouquets, Make Sure the Rings Are in the Right Hands, and Consult with the Officiant. We Ensure your Wedding Party Is Lined up Correctly and Cue the Wedding Part for the Ceremony Processional Making Sure the Ceremony Flows Smoothly and Effortlessly.

Assist with Bridal Party and Family for Photographs - Either Pre Or Post Ceremony, the Coordinator Will Ensure the Wedding Party Is Picture Perfect and

Making Sure the DJ Is Prepared with the Correct Pronunciation of the Wedding Party Members.

Placement of Valuables into Designated Vehicles - Gifts, Cake Top, Cake Servers, Sign in Book, and Other Valuable Items Will Be Placed in Designated Box Or Boxes and Put in Designated Vehicle for Safe Transport Home.

Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities to Vendors - at the Couple’s Discretion, Day of Payments and Tips for Vendors Can Be Placed in Individually Sealed and Labeled Envelopes for the Coordinator to Disperse to Vendors.
